The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has announced its 2023 edition of the Annual Essay Competition, aiming to foster intellectual growth and research acumen among Nigerian students. 

The competition focuses on the impact of the 'JAPA' syndrome on the national economy and invites students from various Nigerian universities and polytechnics to share their insights on this timely and crucial subject. Participants have the chance to win prizes such as up to N125,000, HRM books, networking opportunities, and more.
